You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


What items are eligible for a refund?

Clothing, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. These Items must be unworn with tags attached and the original packaging. Please ensure items are returned in protective packaging to reduce damage in transit. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

We always recommend returning your order by recorded mail, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return/exchange- we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.


The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked SALE

  • Sunglasses

  • Makeup/Cosmetics

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Worn items


Wrong or faulty items:

You have 14 days to return your parcel back to us from the day received. Once it has arrived back to us, your refund will be processed within 10-14 working days. If you have paid with debit or credit card please allow 3/5 working days for your refund to reach your account. If you have paid with PayPal please allow 12-24 hours for the balance to appear in your account.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
